Ice Magic

icemagic10

Bruges has an ice festival each year in addition to the typical Christmas Market. Ice Magic was our last stop of the day on our tour of the city. To avoid the sub zero temperatures (in C that is) take your own virtual tour of the small and extremely cold sculptural exhibit while in the comfort of your own home. My fingers were frozen after probably 40 seconds which accounts for mostly blurry photos and a quick sprint to the warmth of the train soon after we exited.

I wasn't quite tall enough to be the well-endowed queen, but I tried!

Our day prior to the frozen tent was picturesque and perfect. I'd say Bruges put on its Sunday best (on Saturday) just for Mike. But for that, you have to wait until tomorrow.

See you then!
